He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mato and Barbara Jane Mato (Soberdash); his former wife Marion Hazel Mato (Schmidt); and his sister Patricia Ellen Oshop (Mato). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Mato (Pearce); his children, Gregory Lawrence Mato (Karen) of Evans City, PA, Pamela Ann Krause (Steven) of Butler, PA and Deborah L. Kosinski of Gibsonia, PA; his grandchildren, Joseph Mato, Ian Mato, Haley Mato, Alexis Krause, Xavier Krause (Bobbi), Arum Krause, Keenan Krause, Nathan Kosinski, Madeline Kosinski and Alaina Kosinski; his close friend Nico; and his brother-in-law Gary Pearce.
