He is survived by: his children, Kristie Kollinger (John) of Butler, Jared Zagorski of New Castle, Courtney Garcia (Lucas), Tyler Zagorski (Megan) and Paige Zagorski; his grandchildren, Noah, Jake Kollinger, Max, Gavin Zagorski, Rylan, Merik, Zurie Zagorski, Callie, Ryker, Ronan Garcia and Emma Zagorski; and his sister Debbie Olson (Mike).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lee's memory to the American Heart Association.
