She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmot Chaney and Rozetta Sprowls Chaney; her husband Eugene Hoffman; her daughter Sharon Reed; and her brother Howard Chaney.
She is survived by: her son Larry Hoffman (Hope) of Butler; her grandchildren, Farrah McKinney (Todd), Jocelyn Williams, Brandon Hoffman (Kayla), Rebecca Villeges (Hector) and Stefanie Cunningham; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Steele (Joel), Kellie Smedberg (Mark) and Nathan Walters (Sara); and her pet Chelsae. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and 12 step great grandchildren.
