We announce the death of Michael S. Dancisin of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2026, at the age of 88. Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Dancisin and Mary Kocsis Dancisin; and his sister Mary Ethel Tomayko. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Lawrence Dancisin; his children, Michael J. Dancisin (Lisa), Michelle Potter (Buddy), Katie Bello (Juan), René Koppelman (Kevin) and Jacqueline Ripple (James); and his stepsons, Jason W. Swope (Catherine) of Greensburg and Zachary L. Swope (Gretchen) of Baden. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
