He was predeceased by: his father Michael Zelinka. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his brother Mark (Barb); his mother Irene Prokop Zelinka; his sister Michelle Cronin (Chris); his niece Emily Cronin; his stepdaughters, Amanda Kemp (David) and Angela Lamberson; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob (Fernanda), Daisy and Clint Lamberson; and his children, Aaron and Rachel Zelinka. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spencer D. Geibel Funeral Home & Cremation Services (140 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA 16001).
