She was predeceased by: her father Jack; her son James "Jimmy" Fulmer Jr.; and her brothers, Larry and Mike Bloom. She is survived by: her husband James Fulmer Sr.; her children, Robert "Bobby", Joseph "Joey", Jennifer "Jen", Rebecca "Becky" and Steven Fulmer; her siblings, Pat Bloom (Cathy) and Linda McClelland (Ron); her grandchildren, Tommy Jr., Trenton Smith, Ash Cavanaugh, Cameron Martin, Matthew, Stephanie, Jake, Abby Fulmer, Dalton, Destiny, Dakota Hudak and Sage; and her great grandchild Merrick Shaner.

A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Spencer D. Geibel Funeral Home & Cremation Services (140 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA 16001).
