She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Hudak and Anna Bonyak Hudak; and her husband Joseph Erkman, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (S. C.), Joseph Erkman, Jr. (Amy) of Butler, Patrick Erkman (Tammy) of Ellwood City, Daniel Erkman (Truman) of St. Petersburg, Fla., Christopher Erkman of Butler and Greg Kovalchick; her close friend Norman Peters; her grandchildren, Desiree, Andrea, Elizabeth, Erica (Josh), Derek, Cierra, Lyndsay (Brian) and Jewel (Travis); and her great grandchildren, Darion, Donovan, William, Emilia, Giulia, Ruby, Michael and Wylder.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Community Care Connections, Butler (where two of Patrice's sons worked for many years), or the Musical Theatre Guild of Butler or New Castle Playhouse (theater and arts organizations where Patrice enjoyed performances by four of her children.).
