He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae and Bernard Fitzpatrick Sr. Pat; his son Shane; and his siblings, James, Mary Margaret, Sandra and Constance.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jacqueline Mackalica (Fitzpatrick), Bernard Fitzpatrick Jr. and Timothy Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
