He is survived by: his children, Michael Oberst (Melissa), Daniel Oberst and Margaret Oberst; his grandsons, Cameron and Cooper; and his siblings, Kathleen Wagner (Bill), Debbi Zyra (Gary), Linda Mohler (Dan), Tom Oberst (Kathi), Patricia Scherer (Mike), Elaine Wagner (Kurt), Robert Oberst (Kathie) and James Oberst. He is also survived by 10 step-siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
