He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jurkiewicz D'Antonio; his children, Michael D'Antonio of Butler, Eve D'Antonio of Sarasota, Fla., Jennifer Ames (David Matthews) of Los Angeles, Calif and Victoria Ridder (Alex) of Meilen, Switzerland; his grandchildren, Michael D'Antonio, Justin D'Antonio, Tanner Lust, Rocco D'Antonio, Thomas Ridder and Lucas Ridder; and his brothers, James D'Antonio (Judy) of Butler and Michael D'Antonio (Mary Lou) of La Grande, Ore.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
