He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Gall and Josephine Muto Gall. He is survived by: his wife Rita Rodgers Gall; his children, Richard "Rich" Gall (Heidi) of Butler and Dr. Elizabeth "Beth" Karns (David) of Erie; his grandchildren, Autumn, Miranda and Cody Gall; and his siblings, Joanne "Sis" Pinto (John) of Butler, Diane "Dee" Salisbury (Roy) of Aliquippa and William "Bill" Gall (Mary) of Butler.
