He is survived by: his wife Leah B. Serafine Miller; his children, Cyndie Stevenson (Tom) of Butler, Rick Miller (Pam) of Butler and Brenda Cammisa (Tom) of Butler; and his sisters, Norma Reep (Chuck) of Butler and Donna DeMarco (Gene) of Butler. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
