Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Angert and Edith Angert (Means); his wife Dorothy "Dolly" Angert (Codispot); and his siblings, John Angert, Paul Angert, Victor Angert, Jr., Doris Mae, Helen Keagle and Veda Regis.

He is survived by : his daughters, Donna Snyder (Dave) and Toni Michael (Scott); his grandchildren, Jessica Alexander (George), Joshua Snyder (Sam), April Fedor (Peter), Lindsay Michael (Richard Zedreck, Jr.) and Jeremy Michael (Trinity); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Paisley, Sophia, Augustus, Emma, Theodore and Kenton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc. (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (120 Sunset Dr, Butler, PA 16001). The military honors was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at the same location.
