He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bashline; his daughter Michelle Miller Phillips (Matthew D. Phillips); his grandchildren, Grace K. Phillips and Michael Anthony Clark Phillips; his son Grant J. Miller; his daughter-in-law Tara L. Miller; his brother Frank Miller; his sister-in-law Nancy Miller; his brother Jon Miller; and his sister-in-law Jane Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
