He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Killmeyer, Jr. and Gladys Steinhardt Killmeyer; his brother Frederick J. Killmeyer, III; and his brother-in-law John Patterson. He is survived by: his sisters, Jan Killmeyer DeMartini (Nick) of Butler, Stacie Killmeyer Lowery (Mike) of Butler and Karen Ann Killmeyer Patterson of Chillicothe, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
