She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Nosal-Zabo and Mary Nosal-Zabo of Dimes; and her husband Paul C. Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Paul G. "Jerry" Smith (Terri) of Orem and Donald R. Smith (Tracie) of Medina, Ohio; and her sisters, Donna Smith (H. S.) and Francis Badaczewski of Jerome, PA.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
