With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen J. Geibel of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. Geibel and Lillian Hinchberger Geibel; his former wife Vera DeRita Geibel; and his brother David B. Geibel. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hilderbrand Green Geibel; his children, Dr. Jeff Geibel (Lelah) of Butler, Chad Geibel (Robin) of Butler and Christine Jamison (Ken) of Devon; his stepchildren, Angela Schnur (Des) of Butler and Adam Green of Butler; his grandchildren, Alec Geibel, Grace Geibel, Cole Geibel, Jayce Geibel, Jax Geibel, Maxx Geibel, Jenna Geibel, Lily Jamison, Hannah Jamison, Josie Jamison, Henry Jamison, Cody Schnur (Kati Haley) and Allison Schnur; and his sister-in-law Susan Geibel of Florida.
