He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kapalka and Martha Ostrowski Kapalka Cymbol. He is survived by: his wife Lois Kapalka (Lawson); his children, Valerie Kapalka of Butler and Paul Kapalka (Diana "Dizy") of Cabot; his sisters, Martha Rhodes of Arnold, PA, Theresa Clark (Gary) of Louisa, VA and Sylvia Tatrn of Lower Burrell; his granddaughter Alyza Kapalka of Saxonburg; and his pet Mack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
