He was predeceased by: his parents, Voris Elsey and Margaret Bash. He is survived by: his siblings, Troy Elsey, Earl Seiler (Judi) and Erma Summerville. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A reception was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spencer D. Geibel Funeral Home & Cremation Services (140 New Castle Rd, Butler, PA 16001).
