It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy William Sims of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark G. Sims and Mary Sasse Sims; his brother Mark Sims; and his mother-in-law Sandy Sims. He is survived by: his wife Lori Smith Sims; his children, Timothy Sims, Jr. (Kacey) of Worthington, John Sims (Kaylene) of Oregon and Toni Depp (Mark) of West Virginia; and his brother Jeff Sims (Debbie) of Sarver. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (201 E Cunningham St, Butler, PA 16001). A rosary will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church (1660 N Main St Ext, Butler, PA 16001). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
