Cypher; her children, Debra Stephenson (Rodney Duster) of Natrona Heights, Gerald T. Cypher (Charlene Heasley) of Chattanooga, TN, Sheila Cypher of Butler, Martha Cypher (Deb Connell) of Effingham, IL, Jeffrey Cypher (Tony Moore) of Harrogate and England; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Cypher, Gary A. Stephenson and Jennifer Danik. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
