He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Stoner and Myra Stoner; and his brother Dennis Stoner. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Stoner (Schrantz); his children, William H. Stoner, Jr. of New Castle and Billie Jo McDonald (Jonathan); his granddaughters, Katherine and Rachel of Farmington, NY.; and his siblings, LeRoy Donald Stoner (Ginger) of New Castle, Edward Stoner (Anne) of New Castle, Gary Stoner (Katherine), Robert, Kathy Ash of West Pittsburgh and Shirley Germani (Pat) of New Castle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
