She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Dunlap and Ruby M. Johns Dunlap; and her siblings, James R., Melvin J. Dunlap and L. Virginia.
She is survived by: her husband A. Dean Bly; her children, Cheryl L. Brown (Barth) of Butler and Glenn A. Bly (Michael O'Neil) of McClain, VA; her grandchildren, Aaron B. Brown (Tammie) of Butler and Adeli N. Brown Berquist (Austin) of Butler; her great-nephew Nicholas Dunlap; and her aunt Nora Mae Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, a brother in law and sister in law.
