He is survived by: his significant other Mary Slagle; his children, Todd Cypher of Greenville, PA and Tammi Fennell (Terry) of Ford City; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Collings (Samuel), Sebastian Fennell and Bailey Cypher; his great grandchild Edith Collings; and his siblings, Edward Cypher (Dixie) of Marwood, Ella Kern and Michael Cypher (Cindy) of Cabot. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
