He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Zema and Ruby Stauffner Zema; and his siblings, Marjorie Langston, Ruby Zema, Marsha Zema, Donald Zema and Nicholas Zema.
He is survived by: his wife Karen "Trink" Zema (Kitko); his daughter Brenda Youngblood (Lee) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Eric and Nicole; his sister Janet Burrows (Paul) of Cabot; and his sister-in-law Bertha Zema of Cabot. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
