She was predeceased by: her parents, John Welch and Twila Welch (Stevens); her husband Ralph Albert Lemmon Sr.; and her siblings, Marie Smith (James), Amanda Garrison (Bill), John Welch, Frank Welch (Dorothy), James Welch (Frances) and Mark Welch.
She is survived by: her sons, Ralph Lemmon (Kathy) of Cabot, Ronald Lemmon (Cindy) of Butler and Randall Lemmon (Beth) of Butler; her grandchildren, Rachel Griffiths (Patrick), Lauren Hoffman (Richard), Tyler Lemmon (Ana), Renee Lemmon and Ryan Lemmon; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Lemmon and Emery Lemmon; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Victoria Griffiths and Christopher Griffiths; and her siblings, Vivian "Sissy" Roxberry and Lester "Sonny" Welch (Suzanne). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home Inc. (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the North Main Street Church of God (1201 N Main St Ext, Butler, PA 16001).
