He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Crislip. He is survived by: his mother Joann Crislip (Holt); his wife Pamela Crislip (Fiorita); his daughters, Brittany Townsend (Robert) and Cassandra Crislip (Nikki); his grandchildren, Keira, Tailer Townsend and Maverick Crislip; and his brother Carl Crislip (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
