He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Comfort, Sr. and Sarah "Sally" Reinher Comfort. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Ball Comfort; his daughters, Denise Lewis (Chris) of Eighty Four and Deanna Comfort of California; his grandchildren, Dakota Lewis (Julia), Chase Lewis and Justin Staley, Jr.; and his siblings, Frank Comfort, Jr. (Candelaria) of New Mexico, Michael Comfort (Vickey) of Arizona, Robert Comfort (Tina) of Washington and Sherry Lynn Comfort Woody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, Inc. (809 Main St, Bentleyville, PA 15314). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
