She was predeceased by : her parents, L. A. Leeper and Pearl Leeper (Murray); her former life partner Lawrence Alling; her husband Paul; and her siblings, Richard B. Leeper and Twilah Flack.

She is survived by : her daughters, Colleen Alling Radebaugh (Rick) and Ruth Alling Eicher Graft (late Don); her grandchildren, Kimberly (Bob), Lily, Letha (Ted), Lacey (Jon), Rocky and Matthew (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Lindsey (Alan), Nicole (Matt), Cecelia, Tallulah and Tristan; and her great great grandchild Sophie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hoffer Wilt Funeral Home (2245 Mt Pleasant Rd, Mt Pleasant, PA 15674). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
