We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, at the age of 75, Sammy Lee Koban of California, Pennsylvania, born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam Koban and Lillian Koban (Mason); and his brother-in-law Gerald Tylka. He is survived by : his sister Kathy Tylka; his niece Tracy Eadie (Rich); his nephew Jerry Tylka (Sharon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, BreAnn Chiovitti (Nick), Katelyn Adler (Ryan), Kelsey Tylka (Josten Mengerink) and Cody Tylka (Kaitlyn); his pet Lucky; and also, Amelia, Marley, Greyson, Lucas, Noah and Caden.
