He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Makosey Knox; his children, Lisa Rape (Kenneth) of Penn Twp, Michael Knox of Evans City and Robert Knox (Sheri) of Prospect; his grandchildren, Carly Rape (Mark), Joshua Rape (Nicole), Samantha Knox and Kayla Hockenberry (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Brooklyn Rape and Hendrix Freeman.
Memorials may be made to the church in his memory.
