He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin E. Bolinger and Naomi Bolinger (Nead). He is survived by: his wife Fayette P. Bolinger; his children, Mark, James, Lisa, Martin Jr. and Christine; and his stepchildren, Barbara, Francis, Tammy, Steven and Mark. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
