He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ipher and Dorothy Ipher (Shultz); and his brothers, Claude C. Ipher and William Ipher. He is survived by: his wife Noelle Hobbs-Ipher; and his sisters, Linda Ipher of Stillwater, Esther Brothers of Burleson and Bonnie Verbyla of Benton.
