He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Laughlin Morton and Jane Christine Morton. He is survived by: his wife Bridget Stutchbury; his children, Douglas Eugene Morton and Sarah Jane Morton; his brothers, Timothy Morton (Marian) and Robert Morton (Sandy); and his niece Heather Morton (Yolando Pereira).
