It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Lowe of Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Portville Memorial Legion Post #814 (24 S Main St, Portville, NY 14770).
