He is survived by: his children, Neal Waxham, Jr. (Florence) of Houston, TX, Dorothy E. Waxham Lease (Alan) of Berlin, PA, Jon C. Waxham (Julie) of Millsboro, DE and Melanie N. Waxham of Cordova, TN.; his grandchildren, Zachary D., Jared A., Kyle N. and Celine J.; and his siblings-in-law, Carole Shaw of Knoxville, TN, Ruth Turner of Mishawaka, IN and Steven Turner (Monica) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
