He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Sr. Stevens and Rose Stevens (Balcerzak); his wife Mary Ann Sibley; and his brothers, Richard Stevens and Jimmy Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughter Laurie Davis (Phil) of Meadville; his sister Shirley Stevens of Buffalo, NY; and his granddaughters, Anissa Claypoole (Alan) of Stoneboro, Nicole Benge (Tom) of Redmond, Carrie Frantz (Jeff) of Townville and Sarah Miller (Aaron) of Meadville. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
