He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Katie Moore; and his brother Dale Moore. He is survived by: his wife Margaret D. Moore (Cline); his children, Russell L. Moore (Angel) of Enola and Scott A. Moore of Camp Hill; his grandchildren, William and Thomas Moore of Enola; and his nephews, Dale Moore Jr. and Roger Moore.
