He was predeceased by: his parents, John Onufer and Anna Onufer (Kushnich); his wife Eileen M. Onufer (Eiduke); and his son Anthony Onufer Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Jeannette King; and his stepdaughters, Jennie Lininger (Puskarich) and Patty Mumma (Puskarich). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ the Savior Orthodox Church or to Holy Apostles.
