She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Procak and Mary Skripek Procak; her husband Deacon Morris D. MacAdam; and her son Michael P. MacAdam. She is survived by: her children, Dennis P. MacAdam, Patrick MacAdam (Karen), Cathy P. MacAdam and Mary P. (Charles) of Grove, OK; and her siblings, Joseph Procak, Anna Gillespie (Mary Kush) of Berlin, MD and Catasaqua. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
