He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ruhl and Frances Ruhl (Benoit). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ruhl (Boswell); his children, Christian, Cameron Ruhl and Eleanor Ruhl (Matthew Giovinco); his sisters, Mary Ruhl and Nicole Fichera (Alfred); and his in-laws, William Boswell (Rochelle), Jeffrey Boswell (Sandra), Nancy Harmon (Walter) and Joan Schwartz (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1303 Bridge St, New Cumberland, PA 17070). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
