He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Peer and Lorraine Peer (Rounds). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Peer (Morgan); his son Christopher Peer; and his siblings, Rod Varney and Sue Fessette (David).

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt Olivet Cemetery (198 Old York Rd, New Cumberland, PA 17070).
