He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Foltz and Martha Foltz (Pentz); his son Kenneth; and his brother James. He is survived by: his son Matthew E. Foltz (Eleanore "Dee") of New Cumberland; his granddaughters, Alisha A. Lee (Tyler) of Hopkinsville, KY and Ashley A. Foltz of Hopkinsville, KY; and his great grandchildren, Eleanora and Matthew Lee.
