She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas S. Kohl and A. Pauline Kohl. She is survived by: her husband William J. Phelps; her daughter Rebecca Krausse (Michael); her grandsons, Brendan Krausse (Caroline) and Hayden Krausse; her niece Jessica Keith (Daniel); and her friend Michelle Young (Ronald).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Open House (107 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107).
