He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Thurman Sr. and Alva Thurman (Chennault); his wife Nell G. Gruiff; and his siblings, Theodore, Comilus, Oliver, Louie, Juanita and Betty Sue.
He is survived by: his son Frank D. Thurman (Kim A.); his grandchildren, Samantha P. Thurman (Garrett) of New Jersey and Joshua P. Thurman of New Jersey; his daughter Susan J. Thurman of New Cumberland; New Cumberland. He is also survived by 2 nieces and a nephew and their families; his friends.
