He is survived by: his wife Kay Pechart (Hetrick); his stepson Scott Foor; and his siblings, David (Diane), Rodney (Nancy), Jeffrey Pechart, Linda Bottoms (Jerry), Theresa Heisley (Rodney) and Carole Rogers (Roy).
