He is survived by : his wife Portia Phillips; his children, Nina Wellington, Tory Shook, Sherry Maloney, Susan Kearney and Gerald "Jerry" Phillips Jr.; and his grandchildren, Lisa, Jason, Adam Shook, Kayla, Jenna, Leah Maloney, Ashlyn, Jake Kearney, Amber, Zachary Phillips, Naylan Bastardi and Kerensa Robinson. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
