He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Deb" Ostrum (Mills); his sons, Jeff (Mary Anne Ostrum) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Todd (Jennifer Ostrum) of Richmond, VA and Scott (Tammy Ostrum) of Fredericksburg, VA; his stepsons, Tim (Rebecca O'Neill) of Etters, PA, Brian (Christy O'Neill) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Chris O'Neill and Tracy Steele of Shermans Dale, PA.; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Heather, Sarah, Rebecca, Matthew, Nathan, Kyle, Ashton Ostrum, Joel, Kelly, Derek, Ryan and Padraig O'Neill; and his siblings, Karen Ballard and Robert Jones. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
