She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Balmer, Jr. and Mary Reidell Balmer. She is survived by: her husband John T. Titzel; her son John T. Titzel Jr. (Stephanie); her grandchild Drew of Lewisberry, PA; her son Arthur N. Titzel; and her grandchildren, Kayleigh and Annalise of Mechanicsburg, PA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless close friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church (1610 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen's memory to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church (1600 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill, PA).
