As James E. departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James E. may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James E. leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kilpatrick and Betty Mae Kilpatrick (Schade). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Lisa" A. Kilpatrick; his sons, Harry M. Lowber of Lemoyne and Collin J. Kilpatrick (Rachel) of New Cumberland; and his granddaughter Adelina M. Lowber.
